Imagine receiving a care package from your
favorite stoner auntie’s coven.
Imagine that package is lovingly filled with:
art supplies, invitations to seasonal rituals, plant medicine, and other healing wisdom from an extensive,
intergenerational web of witches and healers.
ENTER: MERCY ME
I've been exploring a combination of self-guided art therapy and home-cooked plant medicine to heal my mind and body after more than a decade of imbalance*.
Like so many people that I know, I’ve been on a gradual slide into burn-out, anxiety, and depression since somewhere in 2016, with the past two years feeling increasingly more like a plunge.
After a long search for supportive doctors, therapists, and healers, I’ve been able to build steady momentum towards my own healing using a combination of art, ritual, plant medicine, therapy, and Prozac.
My hope with the development of Mercy Me is to cultivate a rich, communal toolkit that supports emotional processing, grieving and healing.
