Sew River’s current favorite uniform! I’ve made this McCall’s #7969 at least 5 times, in dresses and tops- it’s a great design that fits the body loosely and comfortably. Great with lots of fabrics- I recommend quilt weight cottons, linen, rayon- woven fabrics preferred.

All levels welcome- Beginner friendly. Great for someone new to sewing- we’ll go over techniques like gathering, bias tape finish and hemming.

Schedule time to sew and be inspired by other local creatives.

Class one- Cut out pattern and fabric.
Class two- Make bias tape, gathering stitches
Class three-Finish and Hem!

You bring: Your sewing machine, fabric scissors, pins, Washed fabric ready to be cut out!
